About me.

I’m a designer, a researcher, an artist, who has a fierce passion for exploration and getting highly invested in interesting & wicked problems.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Design Computing from the University of Sydney, I have developed a deep understanding of the design process, working tirelessly on group projects, following the ebb and flow of the double diamond and cracking a few laughs along the way.

This experience has unlocked a personal interest towards human-centred design. Unravelling the underlying motivations behind what makes individuals tick is deeply enjoyable. Connecting the dots and sharing my findings leaves me with a lingering sense of satisfaction. I particularly enjoy creating fun and engaging focus group activities to trick people into giving me all their juicy insights to analyse and ruminate over.

As for my technical background, I’ve created many projects, graphic and text-based via Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Premiere Pro, being what I’m most familiar with. However, my absolute favourite design tools include Miro, Canva, and Procreate all of which are super intuitive, accessible and easy to use. As an artist, being able to quickly make sketches and visually communicate ideas has been super important. Uniting everyone on the same page and getting the team excited for the project is a massive motivational driver!

My Art Journey.

Outside of my work, I have been spending my time growing as an artist. I started as a painter but ever since purchasing my iPad, I've fallen in love with digital art.

I love to speedpaint - learn from the masters - capture industry techniques - replicate new aesthetics - find references - create mood boards. But sometimes I take a quick dip down to my roots and fancy some good ol' plein-air painting. I aspire to produce vibrant, punchy pieces with an emphasis on visual storytelling and strong shape design.
